Lake Santee POA collects the information you give us — your name, lot number, mailing address, email, and phone — to administer membership, dues, and community services.
We use your information to send dues notices and official communications, operate the member portal, and maintain the lot-owner directory. Directory visibility is controlled by each owner in My Account → Privacy.
We do not sell member information. We share it only with the Regional Waste & Water District and service providers acting on the POA's behalf, or where required by law.
